Detail engineering for robust automation
When process logic, operation, interfaces and interlocks are described cleanly early on, later project phases become calmer. That is where our core work begins.
What we deliver
- Functional descriptions with operating concepts, modes and process sequences.
- Signal lists with inputs, outputs, hazardous-area classification, target systems and interfaces.
- Safety and interlock analysis, cause and effects, and plausibility logic.
- Selection of PLC, distributed I/O, HMI and communication architecture.
- Interface specifications to measurement acquisition systems, control systems, VRU controls and other participants.
Clear boundaries improve projects
We automate plants, we do not construct them. Electrical design, circuit diagrams, terminal and cable lists, and cabinet manufacturing remain with experienced partners. MCS provides the automation requirements, clarifies technical questions and supports implementation through FAT.
Safety, legal metrology and ATEX
We know the relevant requirements and translate them into engineering specifications, for example for signal routing, measurement chains and interlocks. Assessment and approval remain with the responsible external bodies.
