Maintenance contracts for known plants

Long-running maintenance contracts with 24/7 availability are a distinct MCS business area alongside project work. Many customer relationships run for years, some for decades.

What a maintenance contract covers

Response times are agreed realistically

Concrete response times depend on site, plant criticality and risk profile. They are therefore agreed individually after an assessment instead of being promised generically on the website.

Typical values from existing contracts are two hours by phone during business hours, six hours by phone outside business hours and eight hours on site. These are examples from existing contracts, not a blanket commitment.

Why known plants are easier to control in a fault

If MCS has automated the plant, we already know the control system, interfaces and project history when a fault occurs. On tank farms, loading stations and VRU units, that prior knowledge reduces friction precisely when time matters.
